Finance and HR Officer (0.5–0.6 FTE)
Salary: £32,000–£34,000 FTE (depending on experience)
Hours: 17.5–21 hours per week (0.5–0.6 FTE)
Wycliffe Hall is seeking an organised and proactive Finance and HR Officer to join our administrative team. This newly created role will support the Hall's financial administration, payroll, budgeting, HR processes, recruitment, and staff records, helping to ensure the smooth running of a vibrant Christian academic community at the heart of the University of Oxford.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and HR, the successful candidate will have significant finance experience, excellent attention to detail, strong Excel and systems skills, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the Hall. Experience in payroll administration, budget reporting, and general ledger accounting is essential.
